Mixed use projects have a variety of unique elements that distinguish them from single use projects, as do TOD projects. While such differences make the projects more challenging, the end result, when successful, is a major long-term asset for the community. This session will explore what these difference are and what our team did to address them to complete the Frogtown Square project this past spring.
